Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: FREE shipping to the United States, Australia and Europe

If you're outside these areas, please see our international shipping fees of $29.99 which are shown on the second step of the checkout process. 

Q: How long does the delivery take?

A: Fast and safe shipping is our top priority! Usually, our items arrive within 5-15 working days. However, we've had deliveries which took just 10 calendar days to arrive at our clients' doorstep with ePacket courier. 

Please note, that prior to shipping we have a processing time which takes up to 5 days depending on the amount of orders we have and the time of the year.

Q: Do you have a refund and return policy?

A: Yes, absolutely! If your product is damaged, delivery is delayed for more than 60 days or you never receive it for some reason, we'll refund all your money and we'll apologize for the inconvenience we caused you.
